I'm a product design leader with 6+ years of experience, passionate about people and crafting experiences that drive meaningful change.

I thrive in collaborative, inclusive environments where diverse perspectives and open communication drive success. As a leader, I excel when I can guide interdisciplinary teams toward a shared vision and design strategy, fostering a culture of continuous learning and constructive feedback. It is important to me to create spaces where teams feel empowered to ask questions and challenge each other to grow.

I'm also extremely passionate about contributing to my community outside of work. As a Braven Professional Mentor, I coach students late in their college career prepare for their next step out of college.
